Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
